Molykote特種工業(yè)潤(rùn)滑油――更高質(zhì)量、更高價(jià)值
Molykote工業(yè)潤(rùn)滑油產(chǎn)品由高純度的基礎(chǔ)油制成,因此具有極高的工作溫度范圍。這些油品在極高的工作條件也不會(huì)失效并表現(xiàn)如初,因此延長(zhǎng)了換油周期,大大節(jié)約了維護(hù)的成本。而且比起傳統(tǒng)礦物油,Molykote產(chǎn)品在使用中不會(huì)因油品的消耗產(chǎn)生大量的副產(chǎn)品,設(shè)備保持干凈,免除了大量清洗維護(hù)的成本,延長(zhǎng)了機(jī)械的使用壽命。
高性能工業(yè)潤(rùn)滑油
Molykote合成油是由聚合的分子構(gòu)成,符合高性能所要求的純度,專(zhuān)利的添加劑使性能更加卓越,使用壽命是傳統(tǒng)礦物油的4-8倍。Molykote礦物油經(jīng)過(guò)加氫裂解合成,使油品幾乎不產(chǎn)生污染,使用壽命是傳統(tǒng)礦物油的2-4倍。合成混合油(半合成油)由合成基礎(chǔ)油和礦物基礎(chǔ)油組成,使用壽命是傳統(tǒng)礦物油的4-6倍。
齒輪箱油和鏈條油

Gearbox and Chain Oils FEATURES ? Lower overall maintenance costs ? Wider temperature range ? Longer oil-drain intervals ? Reduced lubricant consumption ? Extended equipment lifetime ? Long life reduces lubricant usage, maintenance cost COMPOSITION Hydroprocessed mineral oil (MO), polyalphaolefin (PAO) and polyalphaolefin/mineral oil (PAO/MO) based lubricants. DESCRIPTION Molykote? Gearbox and Chain Oils help prevent wear and process interruptions in power transmission systems and components. Compared to conventional oils, they also offer greater resistance to oxidation and stable performance at high temperatures and under high loads. Molykote Gearbox and Oils maximize fill intervals and maintain viscosity characteristics at wide temperature ranges. HOW TO USE Follow equipment manufacturer’s recommendations for maintenance procedures and oil specifications. To ensure the longest possible life span for lubricating fluids, sample analysis is recommended. When utilized on a regular basis, sample analysis can track normal aging and depletion of antioxidants in lubricating fluids. Moreover, sample analysis can identify abnormal contamination that may be limiting lubricant life. Contact Dow Corning customer service for additional information. LISTING AND SPECIFICATIONS Molykote lubricating fluids are kosher approved and conform to USDA listing requirements under H-1 or H-2 designations (see Typical Properties table). An H-1 designation indicates the lubricated part can have incidental food contact not to exceed 1 0 ppm. An H-2 designation indicates the lubricated part cannot have contact with food. HANDLING PRECAUTIONS Product safety information required for safe use is not included. Before handling, read product and safety data sheets and container labels for safe use, physical and health hazard information. The material safety data sheet is available on the Dow Corning website at dowcorning.com. USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE Molykote Gearbox and Chain Oils have a shelf life of 60 months from date of manufacture. Refer to product packaging for use-by date. PACKAGING Molykote gearbox and chain lubricants are available in 1 8.9- and 208.2-L (5- and 55-gal) containers. LIMITATIONS These products are neither tested nor represented as suitable for medical or pharmaceutical uses.
